In My Closet

 

In my closet,

You open the door,

And you can only see mountains of clothes.

Hangers are on the ground.

There are clean clothes,

Dirty clothes,

Half-clean and half-dirty clothes.

Smelly shoes are on top of the mountains of clothes.

There are also monsters

Behind my dresser,

Wherever it is.

And on the very top

Of the mountains of clothes,

You might find old food.

Oh, no!

 

When I was on Christmas break, my brother and I took our dog outside and ran on snowbanks with our dog.  Our dog ran everywhere.

On Christmas Day, my family and I opened presents in the morning.  My mom made cinnamon rolls for breakfast on Christmas.  It was raining a little bit on Christmas and muddy, so I could not play in the snow.  My dad made pulled pork for on Christmas lunch, and my aunt and uncle made ham for lunch too.

I also played with my brother sometimes over vacation.  My family went to some of our friend’s house on New Year’s Eve.

It was a fun vacation.

If I could go back in time to when Jesus was born, I would be an angel because I like telling other people about Jesus.  If I was an angel, I would go and tell people that the Savior was going to be born.  I would also sing praises to Him.  I would tell the shepherds to come see Jesus!  I’d tell the wise men too.  I would tell everyone.

To play Monkey in the Middle, you need a ball.  Then you need three people playing.  Next, one person is in the middle, and there are two people on the sides of the person in the middle.  Next, the people on the sides try not to let the person in the middle catch it.  If the person in the middle catches it, the person who threw it goes in the middle.  That’s how you play Monkey in the Middle.

We got to sew a cooking or shop apron with Mrs. Shedd!

One of My Heroes:  My Mom

My mom is a great mom.  She makes food and does laundry.  She is so helpful around the house.  My mom cleans the house.  She vacuums the carpet and cleans the table.  My mom is so nice and helpful.
